What is Swamiraj’s Elite Circle?
The House of Swamiraj’s Elite Circle is an exclusive membership program designed for House of Swamiraj homeowners. This program provides members with exciting rewards and exclusive discounts whenever they make an additional purchase with House of Swamiraj or introduce the unparalleled House of Swamiraj lifestyle to their friends and family through referrals.
Earn Coins
Members can earn Coins based on their membership tier and the total investment made with House of Swamiraj, which includes both personal purchases and referral purchase values. The calculation provided is based on a ₹1 Crore investment (property value) and is intended for illustrative purposes only. The benefit amount is directly linked to the property value.
Exclusions and Omissions :
- The program is not applicable to Referrers currently in the process of making a purchase decision with the Company. It applies only to those Referrers who have completed the purchase of at least one unit and finalized the unit agreement with the Company.
- This program is valid exclusively for Customers who purchased directly from House of Swamiraj and is not applicable to secondary market purchases or resales.
- Referral bookings are subject to the Company’s price approval process. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject the referral benefits at its discretion, and the decision will be final and binding.
- To qualify for the Referral Benefit, the referred buyer must not have been an existing Customer or engaged in discussions with the Company within the last 30 days.
- The Company reserves the right to prohibit participation in the House of Swamiraj’s Elite Circle program program if misuse, fraud, or behavior inconsistent with the program's intent is identified. This includes actions related to referral benefit redemption, misconduct, or violations of local or state laws.
Terms & Conditions
- The registration of a referral lead under the House of Swamiraj’s Elite Circle program portal can be initiated either by the Referrer or the Existing Customer.
- Referral benefits will be applicable only when the Customer acknowledges the Referrer as the source of introduction to the Company’s project, and this acknowledgment is recognized and validated by the Company. Referral as a lead source cannot be combined with other lead sourcing channels such as Channel Partners, Direct, or Digital sources.
- At the time of booking, the Customer must ensure that “Referral” is recorded as the “Lead/Enquiry Source” during the site visit (walk-in) registration process and in the Booking Application Form. Both the Customer and Referrer are required to sign relevant sections, including the Source Authentication Form in the Booking Application.
- If the Source of Enquiry in the Source Authentication Section of the Booking Application Form does not align with prior customer inquiries, the application will undergo the Company’s Source Approval Process. As part of this process, the Referrer must provide valid proof of prior communication or other lead-sourcing efforts conducted before the Customer’s visit to the project site. The Company, upon verification and discussion with the Customer, will determine the Referrer’s eligibility for a Referral Bonus. The Company’s decision on this matter will be final and binding.
- Applications with overwriting, tampering, or the use of corrective materials (e.g., white ink) in the Source Authentication Form will not be considered for the Source Approval Process, resulting in rejection or suspension of the Referrer’s entitlement to the Referral Bonus.
- Referral benefits will not be entertained if the referral source details are absent in the Booking Application Form or Site Visit (walk-in) Enquiry Form. Subsequent additions of referral source details will result in rejection or suspension of the Referrer’s entitlement to benefits.
Representations:
The program is not applicable to Referrers currently in the process of making a purchase decision with the Company. It applies only to those Referrers who have completed the purchase of at least one unit and finalized the unit agreement with the Company.
Notifications:
- All communication will be sent to the postal or email address provided at the time of purchase or updated thereafter. Members are responsible for updating their contact information with the Company.
- The Company bears no liability for non-receipt of communication due to incorrect or outdated contact details.

Jurisdiction:
- The terms of the program and the relationship between the Company and Members are governed by Indian law. By participating, Members agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore.
- Participation in the program, including benefits and rewards, shall not constitute a contractual relationship between the Company and the Member.
Arbitration:
In the event of disputes arising from the program’s terms and conditions, such disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Bangalore. Arbitration will be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by both parties and in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, or its relevant amendments.
